The AABC Foundation provides fiscal sponsorship for projects that fulfill the mission of the Foundation.

Fiscal sponsorship is a formal arrangement in which a 501(c)(3) public charity sponsors a project that may yet lack exempt status. This allows future non-profit birth centers and foundations designed to support their local birth center to fundraise in their community as they work towards achieving 501(c)(3) status.
