Other Ways to Support Us

Your support makes a powerful difference, and there are so many ways to give. While financial contributions and volunteer time are invaluable to our mission, we also deeply appreciate alternative forms of generosity. However you choose to contribute, know that your support helps grow more birth centers and serve more families.

  • A legacy gift is a planned future gift that designates some part of your estate as a donation to the AABC Foundation. Legacy gifts enable you to create a powerful philanthropic legacy by making a direct impact on spreading the birth center model of care, improving maternal healthcare, and creating opportunities for future birth center leaders.

    There are several different ways to create a legacy gift:

    • Testamentary Gifts - You may make provision in your will to provide a specific bequest to the AABC Foundation, or provide for some or all of your remaining estate to be given to the Foundation upon your death.

    • Life Insurance - You can name the AABC Foundation as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy, or transfer ownership of the policy directly to the Foundation.

    • Charitable Remainder Trusts - CRTs allow you and/or your loved ones to benefit from monies placed in the trust during your/their lifetime. You can transfer assets to a trust, which can generate an income stream for you. Upon the death of the named beneficiary, the remaining balance in the trust is transferred to the AABC Foundation.

    • Charitable Gift Annuity - You can give a one-time gift to the Foundation in exchange for fixed, recurring annuity payments for life. Upon your death, the balance of your original gift is retained by the AABC Foundation as a gift.

    • Perpetual Income Trusts - Perpetual Income Trusts allow the income from monies you place in trust to benefit the AABC Foundation in perpetuity. The principal of your gift remains intact for the life of the trust, and the income it generates is transferred periodically to the Foundation.

    Each of these types of gifts has specific tax implications. Please contact your attorney or financial advisor for further information.

  • If you would like to make a gift in remembrance of a deceased loved one, please complete this form below and check “Give in Memory” and specify the person’s name so that all of us here at AABC Foundation can keep their legacy in mind as we do our work.

  • You can donate your appreciated stock directly to the AABC Foundation.  Please call the AABC Foundation office at 215-234-8068 for instructions.

  • You can make a donation from your Donor Advised Fund by selecting ‘DAF’ as your payment method while completing this form. You can also contact Ericka Cameron at erickacameron@aabcfoundation.org to arrange to mail a paper check.

  • If you have airline miles accumulated, we gratefully accept donations in the form of airline vouchers. Please contact Ericka Cameron at erickacameron@aabcfoundation.org

  • In-kind donations— such as supplies, services, equipment, or professional expertise— can make a meaningful impact on our mission. Your contribution helps us stretch every dollar further and serve more families.
