The AABC Foundation proudly offers fiscal sponsorship to grassroots projects that align with our mission to expand access to birth center care. Fiscal sponsorship provides a crucial bridge for developing birth centers and supportive foundations that are not yet recognized as 501(c)(3) nonprofits, allowing them to begin fundraising with full tax-deductible status while they work toward their own IRS approval. Thanks to this support, community-driven birth center projects can access donor funding, apply for grants, and build momentum far sooner than would otherwise be possible.
